Manchester City fan Liam Gallagher thinks Manchester United and Chelsea should have their finances ‘investigated’ as the singer launched an X-rated rant at the Premier League.

Gallagher, who was less than impressed by the news, branded the league ‘BIG BULLYS’ and thinks rivals should suffer similar scrutiny.

Gallagher described the Premier League as ‘bullies’ and other teams should be investigated
He also agreed with a fan who called for investigations into Chelsea and Manchester United’s spending.
The charges against the reigning champions relate to financial information about revenue, manager and player salary details, UEFA regulations, profitability and sustainability and co-operation with Premier League investigations.
A statement from the league said the alleged violations were committed from September 2009 through the 2017-18 season and will now be referred to an independent commission.
It added that the club had allegedly breached league rules which require the provision ‘in the utmost good faith’ of ‘accurate financial information which gives a true and fair view of the club’s financial position’.
Should Man City be found guilty, they face a range of potential punishments including a points deduction or even a relegation – although it could take years before a conclusion is reached.
It is understood the papers were lodged with City at the same time the Premier League announced the charges.
An executive-level phone call from the competition club also took place but no advance warning was given to the club.
Manchester City said in a statement that they were shocked to hear of the alleged violations.

The statement read: ‘Manchester City FC is surprised by the release of these alleged breaches of Premier League Rules, particularly given the extensive engagement and highly detailed materials provided by the EPL.
‘The Club welcomes a review of this matter by an independent Commission, to impartially consider the comprehensive body of incontrovertible evidence that exists in support of its position.
‘Therefore, we hope to put this matter to rest once and for all.’
The news comes a day after Man City suffered a 1-0 defeat at Tottenham, leaving them five points behind league leaders Arsenal.
One Gunners fan made light of the news today, as Gallagher tweeted with the message: ‘Arsenal are winning the league this season, mate. There’s no point in crying. At least we can all laugh at Chelsea.’
Gallagher in response seemed to welcome his side’s chances of winning a third consecutive Premier League title as he replied: ‘You’ve won it haven’t you.’
