Manchester City players had to be escorted off the Etihad pitch following their win over Chelsea on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola’s side secured a 1-0 win over the Blues who have already won the Premier League title after Arsenal’s defeat at Nottingham Forest.
Thousands of fans rushed onto the pitch to celebrate and several players including Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne had to flee amid security concerns.
