‘Rory, did it go in?’: Club pro Michael Block hit an INCREDIBLE slam-dunk hole-in-one in the final round of his fairytale PGA Championship run while playing with McIlroy

American club pro Michael Block produced one of the most incredible moments in recent golf history on Sunday, hitting a slam-dunk hole-in-one in the final round of the PGA Championship.

The 46-year-old – who teaches golf lessons at a public course in California – was the talk of Oak Hill leading up to the final round, when he secured a playing spot with Rory McIlroy in a fairytale weekend.

And he made it even more memorable on the 15th hole in upstate New York, firing a remarkable hole-in-one to send the packed crowd wild.

Reacting to the shot, he turned to McIlroy and immediately asked, ‘Rory, did it go in?’ before getting a hug from the former world No 1.
